Bids may only be mailed, or hand delivered to the address listed above. Only registered Plan Holders will receive email notices of addenda and other updates. The District website does not automatically register viewers to the online, bidders should contact Karen Abbott, Contract Compliance Specialist at kab-bott@jeffpud.org to be added to the online. Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the District website for addenda(s) issued on this project. Bid Security: A certified or bank cashier's check for 5 percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to Public Utility District No. 1 of Jefferson County, or bid bond exe- cuted by a licensed bonding com- pany is required with each bid. Rejection of Bids: The District shall have the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
