Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Port Townsend, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Lawrence Complete Streets Project Name: Lawrence Complete Streets Project Description: The Lawrence Complete Streets includes the following work. On Lawrence Street, sidewalk demolition and replacement, construction of new ADA ramps and intersection concrete sidewalk bulbouts with associated curbing, installation of catch basins and stormwater swales, re-striping, pavement patching and tree planting are the primary elements of work. The work will also include traffic control, temporary pedestrian route maintenance, and coordination with the City for construction sequencing. Schedule: The project shall be completed within 40 working days. Bid Deposit: All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Proposal deposit in surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such Bid Proposal. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory bonds to perform the Work within the time stated in the Specifications, the Bid Proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Port Townsend. The City of Port Townsend reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waiver informalities in the Bidding.
