Tyler Street Overlay Project Description: The Tyler Street Overlay project includes the following work: full-depth-reclamation (FDR) of trav el lanes, add cement treatment to the travel lanes FDR, and pave the travel lanes FDR with HMA asphalt: reshape the FDR of the shoulders and pave the shoul-ders with HMA asphalt; remove existing sidewalk. curb ramps, and curbs; construct curb ramps and sidewalk, and furnish and install detectable warning strips: and furnish and install pavement markings. The work will also include traffic control, temporary pedestrian route maintenance, and coordination with the City for construction sequencing.
