Scope of Work: Jefferson Transit Authority (JTA) Maintenance Bay Expansion generally includes a new, approximately 1,700 SF, one story pre-engineered expansion building that is connected to the existing building, comprised of enclosed and heated space for the maintenance of vehicles as well as existing site modifications including concrete, stormwater and utility systems. It is recommended that Bidders "Register" in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the "Self-Registered Bidders List". Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued on this project. Estimate range is $800,000 - $950,000 Questions from the pre-bid meeting and any emails for the project will be answered via an addendum by June 26, 2024. This project is subject to meet Washington State prevailing wages rates. All work performed on the project will be subject to the approved wage determination rates in the bid documents.
