Site work for a communication facility in Port Townsend, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
The Contractor shall provide labor and equipment to excavate joint-use trench, install electric and fiber conduit, along with various vault and hand holes for JPUD. The Contractor will install conduit for Astound Broadband. Astound will provide and deliver the conduit for their installation to the job site. PUD will provide their own material and the contractor will be responsible for receiving the material at JPUD's warehouse. The location of this project is on Tyler Street from Lawrence Street to Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, Washington. The contractor shall be fully responsible for all supervision, labor, traffic control, tools and equipment necessary to complete the OVERHEAD TO UNDERGROUND CONVERSION-TYLER STREET project described in this Request for Quotation document. Small, Minority and Woman-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. Jefferson County PUD No. 1 is an RUS borrower and an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
