Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Port Townsend, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction is complete. The Lawrence Complete Streets and Tyler Street Paving project includes the following work. On Lawrence Street, sidewalk demolition and replacement, construction of new ADA ramps and intersection concrete sidewalk bul bouts with associated curbing, installation of catch basins and storm water swales, re-striping, pavement patching and tree planting are the primary elements of work. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Proposal deposit in surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such Bid Proposal. The project shall be completed within 50 working days Technical Questions: Technical questions will be directed to Steve King, Public Works Director sking@cityofpt.ns The City of Port Townsend reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waiver informalities in the Bidding.
