Sealed bids for a minimum of 3,000 yards grade 2, 3/4 inch. Priced by the cubic yard. Price will include delivery and spread on town roads. (Gravel spread on town roads must be ordered by town officials ONLY). **Base Aggregate Dense conforming to WDOT specification 305.23.2.1. A current valid test needs to accompany any and all bids submitted along with the type of material being offered. Random tests may occur by the Town. Certificate of Insurance required. Bid must include provisions for residents to purchase gravel at the contract price. All gravel must be spread by September 15, 2025. The Town of Oulu reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
