Questions Due Date: May 29th 2025, 2:00 PM EDT Proposer shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Proposal Documents to the Issuing Office in writing via the online portal The Forsyth County Procurement Department will accept sealed proposals for the following: The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction services for the Forsyth County - Shakerag Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Phase II Expansion including the following major components: 1) Addition of new influent pumps (IP) in the Influent Pump Station (IPS) 2) Addition of new coarse screen in the existing influent screen channel 3) Additional grit removal unit and grit concentrator 4) Modifications to the existing bioreactor basins 5) Construction of one additional bioreactor basin 6) Replacement of the existing flat plate membrane filtration system (MFS) with a hollow fiber MFS 7) Expansion of the existing UV disinfection 8) Addition of an aerobic sludge storage tank pump 9) Provisions for using county-owned, trailer mounted belt filter press including the addition of a permanent canopy over the dumpster 10) Addition of one plant drain pump in the plant drain pump station (PDPS) 11) Addition of a permanent canopy over the cascade aeration structure 12) Addition of a semi-permanent removable cover over the Parshall flume 13) Modifications to the electrical, instrumentation and control building, and distribution facilities, as required All work to be completed within 960 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.
