Renovation of an educational facility in Suwanee, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
2435 Request for Proposals, for all labor, materials and services necessary for the construction of Forsyth County Schools: HVAC Renovations & Modifications to Lambert High School at 805 Nichols Road, Suwanee, GA 30024, (the "Project). No rights of way or easements are anticipated for this Project. No Proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after Proposal opening, except as otherwise expressly provided by applicable law. Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposed lump sum contract price (exclusive of alternates and unit prices). Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Owner will provide the forms of all bonds. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required for the HVAC prime contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities.
