Award: 8/A Builders, LLC for an Amount Not to Exceed $1,360,578.67 2018 Floods Chapin Pumps Rehabilitation Drainage Improvements Project The Chapin Pond Pump Station is located at 1235 N Sugar Road. The proposed Project involves installing new pumps and rehabilitating the existing pump station and gates to mitigate flooding within the service area. The pumps will enable stormwater to be discharged into the pond, thereby maximizing storage volume and providing relief to the existing storm sewer system. The City of Edinburg reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bids and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the City, and hold the bids for a period of 60 days without taking action. This project is being funded in whole or in part by the Texas General Land Office (GLO) Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDGB-DR). The selected respondent must follow all federal requirements of the Texas GLO CDBG-DR program.
