SAND MANAGEMENT AT OCEAN BEACH, GOLDEN GATE NATIONAL RECREATION AREA. Using appropriate heavy equipment, move excess sand build-up shoreward away from the O'Shaughnessy seawall. Work shall be completed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P825Q0020. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562910 (Remediation Services). The small business size standard is 25 Million. This procurement is pursuant to FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
