The Capital Management Department seeks an Engineering Consultant for the Design of London Road Sidewalk Improvements. The City of Asheville is committed to expanding its network of pedestrian routes and ensuring they are safe, accessible, and comfortable for all users. This project addresses this goal through the installation of new sidewalk and replacement of existing sidewalk [in poor condition] along the northern portion of London Road. Work will require close attention to grading and drainage, and will likely include Right-of-Way and temporary construction easement acquisition.
