See Public Files for complete solicitation information. This Request for Qualifications is for the purpose of selecting an Architect for Design Services for the project located at 2011 Mottman Rd. SW, Olympia, WA. This scope of work includes design services only. The project consists of construction of an NCAA Division One (1) Turf Soccer Field, complete with, but not limited to, lighting, electronic score board and bleachers. The proposed location of the soccer field is adjacent to existing wetlands, necessitating mitigation measures to ensure no net loss of wetland ecological functions. The Site Master Plan shows a planned field house and student housing, these building are not part of this project. The preliminary Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) for this project is $5,766,000. This Project has design funding available, and construction funds will be available in February 2026.
