The Base Bid project generally consists of tree removal and obstruction lighting. Tree removal areas consist of clearing and grubbing, clearing or selective trimming. Bid Additive 1 generally consists of demolition and disposal of a residential house. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the bid and to reject any and all bids.
