RFI's will be accepted until 12:00 pm (Local Time) on February 9, 2026 The work consists of constructing approximately 50,000 linear feet of 8-inch diameter water main and associated appurtenances, including hydrants, valves, and water services, along specified roads in the Town of LeRoy. Bids must be submitted for a single prime contract on a unit price basis. Electronic copies of bidding documents are available at no cost, while printed copies require a deposit. Only bidders who obtain documents from the issuing office are eligible to submit bids. Bid security must be provided as specified in the instructions to bidders. Only written requests for information will be accepted. Partial sets of bidding documents are not available. Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFI's will be accepted until 12:00 pm (Local Time) on January 19, 2026, at the office of the Engineer to the attention of the Project Engineer Branden Riggs via email: BRiggs@CPLteam.com. If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 5:00 pm (Local Time) on January 20, 2026, from the office of the Engineer.
