Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manistee, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of July 15,2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project consists of renovating and enhancing existing walking paths, boardwalks, viewing and fishing decks, and park amenities. Improvements include boardwalk expansion and upgrades, concrete walks, additional accessible parking spaces, and upgraded site features such as stairs and handrails, block retaining wall and drainage, trash receptacles, benches, and solar bollards. The project will also incorporate a rain garden for stormwater management, along with additional native plantings to enhance the landscape. The Project is funded with a Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Trust Fund Grant. All relevant State and/or Federal requirements will apply. This project does not require Davis-Bacon wage rates. The contractor and all subcontractors must comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act), the 1976 PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act), and Executive Directive 2019-09, as amended. In accordance with these laws, all contracts the grantee enters into must contain a covenant by the contractor and any subcontractors not to discriminate against an employee or applicant for employment with respect to hire, tenure, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, or a matter directly or indirectly related to employment, because of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, height, weight, marital status, partisan considerations, or a disability or genetic information that is unrelated to the individual's ability to perform the duties of a particular job or position.
