The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for replacing the steam system with hot water in the Birches, Powerhouse, and Dispatch Garage buildings, installing new chilled water systems in the Medical Center and Elmcrest buildings and replacing the fire alarm system in the Birches and Powerhouse buildings at Woodward Resource Center. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on June 23, 2025 and end on May 29, 2026.
