Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elm Creek, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Scope of Work: Project includes minor grading, construction of approx. 415 square yards of concrete walk, and associated work. Bids shall be submitted on furnished forms, sealed and marked with bidder contact information. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall perform the work as shown in the Construction Plans and Special Provisions, each being attached to this Contract. Unless otherwise provided in this Contract, the Contractor shall furnish everything necessary to complete the work including, but not limited to, all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, miscellaneous materials, supplies, services, facilities, insurance, taxes, transportation, overhead and profit. The Contractor shall perform all work in a good, substantial and workmanlike manner.
