New dual pump lift station to include submersible pumps, stainless steel guiderails, stainless steel hangers, chains, floats, automatic controls, flow measurement, power surge protection and motor saver protection. 3. New wet well sized for the existing and future needs. The wet well cover shall be easy to lift, be lockable and have fall safety grates incorporated within the cover. 4. New valve vault to include check valves, gate valves and cleanout Ferrell for future pigging of the force main. The valve vault shall also provide for accurate flow measurement of the sewage pumped into the sewage system. 5. New septic tank ahead of the lift station. 6. Boring a new force main extending from the new lift station valve vault to the existing sewer system within the park.
