Funding for this project will come from multiple sources: PTO Dawg Walk Donations: $67,194.85 from the Lincoln Trail activity account. Additional PTO Contribution: $20,000. Foundation Donation: Up to $15,000. Private Donation: $25,000. Any remaining funds after the installation will be allocated toward potential turf enhancements if approved. Vendor and Equipment Details The improvements will be carried out by Gametime through Cunningham Recreation, utilizing cooperative pricing. Gametime was previously involved in the first phase of the Middletown Prairie playground project and was selected as the sole bidder for that phase.
