The renovation includes the replacement of all flooring, ceiling, and wall finishes. New display areas and new casework for storage and supplies. F. Construction Contract: Bids w Notice to Proceed will be issued within 7 days of March 24, 2025, PHM's board meeting. Mobilization and construction can begin at the new Tech Center immediately following the NTP. Work will need to be completed to allow for the current Tech Center staff and furniture to move from the existing location at Schmucker Middle School into the renovated Tech Center. This will need to occur following the end of the spring semester, then SMS renovation can begin and will need to be completed by August 8, 2025. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
