Owner: Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation. 1. Owner's Representative: Jason Messner, Director of Facilities. D. Architect: Arkos Design. E. Project consists of the addition of security film to vestibule locations indicated on the Contract Documents, and any other work indicated on the Contract Documents. BID SECURITY A. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids.
