Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Paducah, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work includes a new softball complex for Tilghman High School Softball team. This includes, site work, concrete flat work, masonry construction of dugouts/team room/storage/restroom buildings and a concession/press box building, metal roofs, grandstands, fencing, batting tunnels, scoreboard, sports lighting, mechanical, electrical & plumbing and other items shown in the drawings and listed in the specifications. This is a General Contractor (GC) based project and all scope of work is included in the GC package. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than 5% of the bid. The award of the contract shall be made on the basis of the lowest and best bid in the interest of Paducah Independent Board of Education. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the bid opening. All questions during the bidding period shall be submitted to Eric P. Steva, AIA, JRA Architects, via facsimile (859.255.5483) or email (esteva@jrarchitects.com). All questions shall be submitted no later than seven (7) days prior to the established bid date. Question Deadline 05/08/2025 The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and shall have the right to reject any and all bids. The successful bidder shall provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond.
