THE WORK INCLUDES THE REMOVAL, TRANSPORTATION, AND DISPOSAL OF EXISTING EQUIPMENT. 3. Manufacturer Warranty for materials incorporated into the Scope of Work Long Order Lead Time for procurement up to Three Hundred Sixty-Four (364) Days. The Task Order Time for the Contractor to achieve Substantial Completion of the Work is One Hundred Eighty (180) Days (including delivery of parts). Final Completion must be achieved Two Hundred Eighty (280) Days after actual Substantial Completion. Liquidated Damages To District: $500.00 per day To Contractor: $0.00 per day Before the performance of any Construction Services for the Project, the Contractor shall be required to submit one (1) Payment Bond in the amount of no less than 100% of the entire Task Order Sum Payable (See Exhibit 16 for a sample). The Payment Bond is only required if the Base Bid Amount (exclusive of any District Controlled Allowances included in this Project) exceeds $25,000. Before the performance of any Construction Services for the Project, the Contractor will be required to submit one (1) Performance Bond in the amount of no less than 100% of the entire Task Order Sum Payable (See Exhibit 17 for a sample).
