Renovation of a residential development in Espanola, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

2.1 Scope of Work Please contact Lawrence John, Tribal Planner at lawrence. john@santaana-nsn.gov to request for the Scope of Work and Dimensions. 2.2 Project Location The project is located at Santa Ana Pueblo at individual tribal member residences. 2.3 Budget The Pueblo has significant federal funding to complete this project. The Contractor shall notify the Owner in advance of engaging any subcontractor, providing details about their qualifications and scope of work and include in their proposals. Contractors will be reimbursed for materials including reasonable overhead and profit. The Pueblo will reimburse contractors upon completion of a job. 3. Proposal Requirements 3.1 Submission Requirements Proposals must include the following components: -Executive Summary: A summary of the contractor's understanding of the project and approach to execution. -Project Plan: A comprehensive plan outlining the approach, timeline, project evaluation/ prioritization and methodology for completing the rehabilitation or components of the rehabilitation. -Cost Proposal: A detailed list of rates for each area of the scope of work proposed including overhead and profit rates. -Warranty: This warranty covers one (1) year of workmanship, materials and to provide a detailed breakdown of your standard warranty coverage, including the specific components covered, warranty duration for each component, and any limitations or exclusions. 3.2 Evaluation Criteria Proposals will be evaluated based on 100 points: -Experience and Qualifications: Relevant experience and the qualifications of the proposed team. 25 points -Project Plan: The feasibility and quality of the proposed approach and timeline. 25 points -Cost: The competitiveness and reasonableness of the rates proposed. 20 points -References: Feedback from previous clients regarding performance and satisfaction. 10 points -Compliance: Adherence to local codes, regulations, and standards. 10 points -Native preference will be given 10 points. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered and accepted. Email proposals will not be accepted. 5.
