The Acequia De Cuarteles Commission will be accepting sealed bids for the construction of a new sluice and pipeline (Structure for Water Control)within the Santa Cruz River. The location of the construction project is in La Puebla, NM approximately 200yards east of the intersection of State Road76 and County Road88D (approximately35.9964, -105.99368). The scope of work includes construction of a sluice structure that will replace the existing head gate installation and pipeline, as detailed in the Drawings for ConstructionSF-115 produced by Steel Flat Inc. The Grantee reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. The selected contractor will be required to provide a performance bond that covers 100% of the bid amount to the Grantee and New Mexico Interstate Stream Commission (NMISC)designated contact.
