Site work and renovation of a civil project in Clinton, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Furnish all labor, materials,equipment, and incidentals required and construct the improvements in their entirety as shown on the Plans and as specifiedherein. The Work may include, but isnot necessarily limited to, the following: 1. the installation of tank siteRTUs, pump station RTUs, and solenoid control valve RTUs throughout the Clinton - Bee BranchWater Distribution System 2. the installation of new single phase electric services at various RTU sites as indicated 3. miscellaneous appurtenances 4. mobilization & demobilization 5. items of construction workand/or materials not specificallyaddressed herein, but nonethelessrequired for a complete, operating, and acceptable installation of the work, shall be consideredsubsidiary to the lump sum biditem, and the cost thereof shall beincluded there. Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partialsets of Bidding Documents willnot be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other thanthe Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may bepurchased from the Issuing Officeduring the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shippingcharges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed BiddingDocuments will be sent via theprospective Bidder's deliveryservice. The shipping chargeamount will depend on the shipping method chosen.
