The Bois Blanc Island Association and Bois Blanc Pines School District are working together to construct an open pavilion for use by The School and Community of Bois Blanc Island. We would like to invite you and your company to submit a proposal for the project based on the below information and scope of work. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construct a 30' x 50' timber framed open wall pavilion, two single occupancy privies and a ten car parking lot located on property owned by the Bois Blanc Pines School District located on the NE corner of Comanche Ave and Huron (Sioux) Ave. Pointe Aux Pins, MI. 49775 There will be 5 Bid packages: 1) Tree, Brush and Site Clearing 2) Excavation 3) Concrete Slabs and Piers 4) Timber Framed Pavilion 5) Privy Package (Project will not include Electric or HVAC work) Bid packages will need to be bid in their entirety, partial bids will not be accepted. TREE, BRUSH AND SITE CLEARING: (June, 2025) -Provide and install necessary road signage for work performed in the road right-of-way. -Tree and brush removal to create a clearing 70' x 90' for the pavilion structure, a 19' x 32' clearing for the privies, a 115' x 45' clearing for parking area and two areas 35' x 22' for driveways. -All vegetation and debris generated by your work is to be exported offsite -Permit as require Tentative Construction Schedule to begin June 2025 with completion in November 2025 Project has been cancelled as per website
