Bidders Will Not Be Required to Be Pre-qualified Under Ors 279b.120. This Contract is for a Project That is Subject to Ors 279c.800 to 279c.870 (Prevailing Wage Law). No Bids Will Be Accepted by Way of Fax or Electronic Data Interchange.
