This bid is to also include the removal and salvage of existing units for later use. COMPLETION OF WORK The work shall meet Final Completion within 60 calendar of the Date of Commencement as identified in the Notice to Proceed, unless approved in writing by MSDGC. This bid is to also include the removal and salvage of existing units for later use. All supplied equipment shall be compatible with Polychem NH-78 Chain (see attached Specs) and include a minimum 1- year manufacturer's warranty on material and craftsmanship. 2.0 Equipment Performance 2.01 Gearmotors, qty three (3) - shall be a 75 HP, hollow bore, with 304 stainless steel hardware. - All hardware shall be stainless steel. - All painted surfaces shall be coated with coatings suitable for harsh environments. - Coating submittals shall be submitted for MSD's approval. - All shall be rated for outdoor installation. o NEMA 4x or IP65. 2.02 Torque limiters, five (5) Torque limiters in the packaged solution to meet the following specifications: - Max bore 3". - Torque Range 1,500-13,000 lb-in. - An 11 Nylon Tooth Sprocket shall be included for each torque limiter in the package. 2.03 Limit Switch, five (5) limit switches per package: - NEMA type 4/13 oiltight construction. - lever rod, 2 circuit switch, maintained. - stainless steel lever rod shall be 11.5 inch and made of 304 stainless.
