The State-to-Central Complete Street Project connects the West End, Queensgate, and Lower Price Hill neighborhoods with street safety improvements, enhanced intersections, new bicycle facilities, and pedestrian safety amenities along three corridors. This project focuses on 3.5 miles along Linn Street, W. 8th Street, and State Street. Improvements will feature safer pedestrian crossings, protected bike lanes, updated traffic signals, bumpouts, trees, lighting upgrades, and more. As of May 2, 2025, this project is in the planning phase. Design firm information has not been determined. Construction is slated for 2027.
