Site work and paving for a civil project in Cincinnati, Ohio. Design plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.

As of May 1, 2025, this project is in the design phase and design is being done by owner in-house staff. It is anticipated bidding will commence late 2025 or early 2026, with construction starting in spring 2026. The City of Cincinnati Department of Transportation & Engineering is implementing a comprehensive safety improvement project along Victory Parkway between East McMillan Street and Martin Drive. The project includes the rehabilitation of the Park Avenue Bridge over Kemper Lane and a variety of safety improvements designed to calm traffic and make this one-mile stretch safer for pedestrians, bicyclists and vehicles.
