SUMMARY OF WORK: The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Partial demolition of existing concrete building raceway pools and floor and end wall of building. 2. Addition to building end and install of a new raceway and settlement pool system. Refer to bid set document drawing for full scope of project. TIME OF COMPLETION A. Work cannot commence before: Receipt of Notice to Proceed. B. The project shall be substantially complete no later than 90 days after Notice to Proceed. C. Final completion of the work will be within 120 calendar days from and including the date of the Final Notification to Proceed.
