Description

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Menominee, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Pulverize existing road and parking lot asphalt, place new storm drainage culverts with headwalls, place new shoreline rip-rap, new street and parking lot lighting, new bollard lighting, new paved bike path, landscaping, concrete sidewalk, salvaged and new signs and grading and new road and parking lot pavement. 5% BID SECURITY REQUIRED.
