Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Fostoria, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Date set for completion of township building is December 31, 2025. All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid or a certified check or cashier's check equal to 10% of the bid, payable to the Loudon Township Trustees. Bid Security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide such surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposals and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Loudon Township, Seneca County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce. The Loudon Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities and to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
