Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Kamsack, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade municipal facility.

Construction of a new Governance Centre to include four meeting rooms (including a council chamber), elder and youth areas, a small kitchen, custodial room, two medical offices, a dental office and a sensory room, storage (including storage for artifacts), and security of IT Office. The building will be located north of Chief Gabriel Education Complex and south of the water pumping station. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals consultants for design and construction administration services is underway. Construction is planned for 2025; timelines are subject to funding. Further update pending award of contract.
