gravel loading and hauling for 2022. The material is to be hauled and applied no later than June 1 to August 15, 2022. Gravel may be hauled from up to four pit locations. The locations are SE 08-28-30 W1, SE 20-29-30 W1, NE 36-28-30 W1 and NE 01-32-33 W1. The majority will be 3/4 inch road gravel with some areas at 1 1/2 inch road gravel. The Municipality's average usage is approximately 21,000 yards. Tenders will be reviewed on April 13, 2022 and the successful candidate will be notified thereafter. A bidder may, without prejudice to himself withdraw his tender at any time up to 9:00 a.m. on April 13, 2022. The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders, and is under no obligation to accept the lowest priced tender. The Municipality reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any tender at any time before execution of the contract by all parties without any liability against the Municipality.
