The Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute is seeking a Design Build Contractor Services for Library Building 104 Renovation/Construction Project. The Statement of Work (SOW) requires spatial planning, building COVID19 requirements, roof feasibility studies for weight capacity to install HVAC equipment, programming assessment and services from schematic design through already established, developed and approved construction documents and cost estimate(s). Library Building 104 is a freestanding one-story structure, approximately 15,831 square feet with one mechanical/node on the SIPI campus that is tied into the Physical Plant utility infrastructure. The Design Build Contractor shall provide all services needed to modify and update the SIPI current A&E design documents to:(1.) Comply with COVID19 spacing & building requirements;(2.) Including an accelerated workflow to precisely size, optimize and collaborate an HVAC design on the roof top or other recommended location;(3.) Provide professional construction services to implement and complete the construction/renovation of the entire project.
