Site work and renovation of a civil project in Houghton, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Lakeshore Drive Lift Station, which includes replacing the existing lift station and its components with wet well structure, valve structure, meter manhole, pumps, valves, controls, security fence and other associated lift station items. A pre-bid conference for the Project will NOT be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Bond or certified check payable to Owner shall be in an amount no less than 5% of the maximum bid as a guarantee, that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents within (10) days after the Notice of Award.
