The services under these specifications consist of making Replacement of thirty-nine (39) steel mesh panels which are part of the security barriers located in all cellblocks within the Camden County Correctional Facility (CCCF). Include all project management, labor, tools, travel expenses, and ancillary expenses required to complete the scope of work as described herein. The County reserves the right to reject any bids if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of such bidder, fails to satisfy the County that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work contemplated herein. Each bid must be accompanied by the Certified Check of the bidder or by a Cashiers Check, or by a Bid Bond prepared on the form of bid bond attached hereto as Exhibit A, duly executed by the bidder as principal, having surety thereon, a surety company approved by the County, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid submitted, said 10% not to exceed $20,000.00 A Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) / A Women Business (WBE) 51% Question Deadline 07/25/2025 No interpretation of the meaning of any bid document will be made to any bidder orally.
