This Request for Proposals is an invitation by Civida to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the inspection and maintenance of emergency / life safety equipment at Civida managed properties within the City of Edmonton as further described in the RFP. The services will be comprised of both scheduled and on-demand requests. Scheduled inspection services are based on regulatory requirements as outlined within this RFP. On-demand requests will be required to address equipment issues that may arise outside of scheduled inspections and reporting.
