Renovation of a medical facility in Chapleau, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The primary responsibility of the Contractor shall be to: Construction of a floor-to-ceiling dividing wall with soundproofing Removal of an existing partial wall, partition curtain with ceiling track Installation of a new door and frame facing main public hallway Relocation or installation of lighting, electrical outlets, and HVAC vents if impacted Painting both new spaces Remove and dispose of existing carpet, under pad, tack strips, and transition strips in area Supply and install new flooring Ensuring all work complies with building codes, fire safety regulations, and infection control standards Infection prevention protocols must be maintained at all times Work must be completed with minimal disruption to nearby staff and patients Question Acceptance Deadline: 2025/05/16 04:00:00 AM EDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com .
