Each proposal must be accompanied by the Contractor's Certificate of Eligibility, a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond, payable to the Village of Creston for the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the proposal The Contractor's Prequalification Categories must be relevant to the majority of work to be performed.
