The Port of Everett (Port) is seeking qualified professional engineering firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for on-call design of new docks and reconstruction of various docks within the Port’s Marina facilities. The selected engineering firm(s) will be responsible for providing comprehensive planning, permitting, design services, and possibly construction phase support services within the expected project constraints and best practices as directed by the Port. The Port reserves the right to award contracts to multiple firms as needed. Design includes but is not limited to preliminary planning and conceptual design; alternative analysis; wave analysis; preliminary and final cost estimating; permit support; final engineering design of floating docks, guide piles, and utility systems; signage; preparation of technical specifications; bid phase support services; construction phase support services including project closeout; and other miscellaneous services related to marina construction. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
