Renovation of a power facility in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Project Description: Project consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision for demolition and removal of existing transformer slab; construction of new transformer slab including spill containment and drainage; removal and rerouting of five (5) existing conduits; removal & replacement of grounding system; imported structural fill placement and compaction; and rock surfacing in the area of construction. Location of work is Paine Field Substation, 11002 Beverly Park Road, Everett, WA. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com by the date noted in Tentative Schedule. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via Public Purchase.
