Renovation of a municipal facility in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description: Provide all materials, labor, equipment, temporary facilities and construction expertise required to install new Roll Right Tandem Cantilever Wheels, Laser Scanners, Strobe Sensing Switches, Strobe Lights, Photo Eyes, Safety Edges, DCPS-60 UPS Systems and Slidedriver at the Annex and Electric Building. Project includes demolition of existing automatic gate tracks, rollers, wheels, and gate operators. Installation includes making electrical connections and terminations, and moving card readers and other associated electronics. Install concrete pads and bollards, as needed. SWR Bidder Restrictions: Bidders must be on The Districts Small Works Roster for the category of Fencing/Gates/Automatic Gates/Overhead Doors prior to bidding on this project. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via online. The undersigned Bidder agrees, if awarded the Contract, to fully complete this project within one-hundred and fifty (150) calendar days after the effective date of the DISTRICT'S written Notice to Proceed.
