Professional Well and Pump Services (Re-Bid) The Town of Charlestown is presently accepting bids (hourly wage costs) For FY 2026 (July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026) Questions regarding this bid should be directed to Alan A. Arsenault, Director of Public Works at (401) 364-1230. The bidder shall not withdraw his bid within ninety days (90) after the scheduled closing time of the bid. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept that bid which it deems in their sole judgment to be in the best interest of the Town.
