The Town of Yarmouth invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the design and construction of an open-air pavilion at Yarmouth South Playground. The pavilion will serve as a multi-purpose space for community events, gatherings, and recreational activities. The pavilion will be constructed over an existing concrete pad, located on the southeast corner of the property. Includes design, procurement of materials, construction, and finishing works. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: o Site preparation and foundation work. o Structural framework and roofing.
