Site work and paving for a road / highway in Nescopeck, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
*As of June 4, 2025 this project has been awarded to Don E. Bower, Inc for $117,656.92. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversight for mobilization, roadway milling and paving, and maintenance and protection of traffic. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. PA Prevailing Wage Rates apply to the project. All Prime Contractor Bidders must be PENNDOT Prequalified as a Prime Contractor and for the tasks they complete, and all subcontractors must be PENNDOT Prequalified as a Sub-Contractor for the tasks assigned. Immediately following the due date and time, all bids received online will be opened online at the Engineers Office and referred to Nescopeck Borough for final award. Questions may be submitted online Messages/Vendor Discussions tab on or before 3:00 P.M. on May 8, 2025. Nescopeck Borough is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
