The Work consists of construction of County's Hood Mountain Regional Park and Open Space Preserve Water Tank Replacement Project, at 1450 Pythian Road, Santa Rosa, California. The work includes but is not limited to demolition of 3 existing redwood water tanks partially destroyed by fire, concrete foundations, fencing, plumbing and other infrastructure associated with the water tanks. Replace with a 30,000-gallon metal water tank, and replacement of tank water supply piping. Tank is fed by existing spring and will be connected to replaced distribution piping. Water is used for fire protection. System will include pipe, fill line, tank and tank foundation, overflow, fire department connection, and distribution system piping.
